Southern Home Show at The Park

S & S Building Specialties just concluded their second Southern Home Show at The Park on August 29^th, 2010 and it was a success in many ways. We came in second as one of the best looking booths! It was quite impressive, thanks to one of our salespeople, James Taylor, who designed it. There is a video on our website, www.ssbuild.com and we will be showing the display again at the show that South Park Mall is having the weekend of October 1^st so please stop by and visit our booth. We had many people interested in our main product, shower enclosures, due to consumers staying in their homes longer and remodeling them.

There are several ways we can assist you in remodeling or modernizing your home. If you have the old gold door hardware, remember that this gold is not worth the same as the gold you wear around your neck! This gold might even hinder you from getting more money for your home if you are trying to sell it! We can change out all the hardware on your doors and the difference it makes is unbelievable. We have special package deals, so please ask us about them.

The large old fashioned mirrors in your bathrooms the builders put up when they built your house can be changed quite easily by us with our special overlay frames. When you are looking in your new mirror, not only will the mirror look new, but so will you!

Closet designing is another specialty of ours and being organized in this fast-paced world is very important. Finding the left shoe in the pile on the floor will be much faster if you let us build you shoe cubbies!

As for your shower enclosures, we can make your bathroom not only look brand new with the frameless shower doors we install , but the time it takes you to clean that old framed shower will be cut dramatically. No more backaches! We even sell a special type of glass that doesn’t need cleaning all the time. The soap and water just bead right off the glass leaving it sparkling. A squeegee here and there is all you will need!

Southern Spring Home & Garden Show 2010

S & S Building Specialties ended their first Home Show on March 7^th, 2010 with flying colors! It was amazing how many customers came to our booth looking for new ideas for their bathroom showers and their old worn out looking mirrors! Our staff greeted them with enthusiasm and knowledge of different options for shower doors that appointments were made on the spot for our free estimate services. Our booth looked enticing to visit and the sink full of candy helped lure them in. As you can see by the photos of the booth, the amount of hours it took for our team of specialists to pull it altogether was well worth the time and effort they put into it.

The project known as " The Vue Charlotte" is the single largest heavy glass project in the region and while many other glass shower providers looked at the project as overwhelming, S&S was determined to demonstrate that they were the company to look to when it came to providing high quality custom designed 3/8" frameless shower units at an affordable price.

As the 52 story luxury high rise soars above the downtown skyline, S&S Building Specialties continues to perform, excel and achieve the goals of providing 3/8" frameless luxury showers, custom mirrors and high end specialty bath accessories for “The Vue’s” future customers.
